VIRTUAL TRAINING

The virtual training plan consists of a series of online gym training routines. Like the rest of the plans, the virtual training plan is prepared based on the goals, the needs and the availability of the client. My recommendation is to do at least 3 days of strength training per week and complement it with cardio.

Duration: The plan lasts for 4 weeks. After the four weeks, it is recommended to continue with the renovations to continue evolving and to be able to achieve the desired goals. It is a training focused on the gym and organized in a full week, which you must repeat during the 4 weeks. In the plan, all the exercises to be executed and the series and repetitions to be carried out are detailed, as well as a video or image together with a brief explanation. The material to be used will be typical of a gym. You will have access to:
Video call with your specialist (1 every 4 weeks). After filling out the initial questionnaire, you will have a 15-minute video call with me to set goals. Chat with me: During the 4 weeks you can chat with me to clarify any doubts that may arise throughout the month about your training plan.
